We had to animate hundreds of fragile archival photos, letters and historical footage so they felt alive and respectful, while keeping the texture and wear of the original objects, all on a tight documentary schedule.

We created a scrapbook look with aged paper, tape, subtle parallax, handwritten elements and carefully timed reveals that turn still images into story moments. Mixing 2D and 3D kept each sequence handcrafted and personal while fitting naturally with the interviews and archival film.
