Developing seven distinct, fully rigged 3D characters from scratch within a single production timeline presented a massive bottleneck. I had to ensure each character maintained a unified, appealing aesthetic that resonated with a younger high school demographic, while simultaneously managing the heavy computational load and pipeline complexity of a multi-character rendering workflow.

I started with 2D character conceptualization and sketches to establish a cohesive visual identity for the demographic. This was followed by the detailed 3D modeling and texturing of all seven distinct characters. Once the geometry was locked, I developed a standardized rigging architecture and executed weight painting to streamline the character animation phase. Final lighting, rendering, and compositing were then completed to produce the broadcast-ready sequence showcased at the university's premiere event.
