Complex legal principles — non-transferable duties, multiple concurrent duties, shared responsibilities, and risk management — needed to feel approachable and empowering rather than bureaucratic. We developed a bright, colourful 2D visual language featuring androgynous, highly adaptable characters set in everyday café and office environments. Dynamic visual metaphors (juggling duties, shared coffee cups, hierarchy of controls) combined with smooth character animation and cinematic camera work turned abstract legal concepts into relatable, high-energy stories that feel empowering rather than instructional.
